Our church is called as a replica of "Manarcadu" church.
This is one of the rare churches to have with her the Holy Girdle of St. Mary.
Movies like Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani and many other serials were shot at this church.

The Holy Soonor is obtained from the Malankara Church by the Metropolitan of
Mumbai Diocese H. G. Kuriakose Mor Eusebius and was installed on September 01, 2012.
